Terms and Conditions

All policies and commercial terms require business review and, where appropriate, qualified legal or tax review before live launch.

Catalog status

Demonstration product data is not a verified inventory claim. Orders in live mode must be validated server-side for product readiness, variants, current pricing, shipping, tax and payment status.

Website use

Buyers may browse the catalog, request quotes, place orders when checkout is enabled, and contact Hudson Rose LLC for product or ordering questions. Misuse of forms, automated abuse or attempts to manipulate pricing are not permitted.

Payments

When live payments are enabled, payment confirmation depends on Stripe session or Payment Intent verification and webhook-backed payment status.
